1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the app OnTime GO, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Apple Standard EULA

OnTime GO is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing or using this app, you agree to the terms of the Apple EULA, which can be found here: Apple Standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
  • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Transit Data Disclaimer

OnTime GO is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GO Transit or Metrolinx.

  • Scheduled Data: Platform predictions are based on scheduled operational data. Real-time changes may occur.
  • User Responsibility: You acknowledge that OnTime GO is a tool for convenience. You agree to always verify platform assignments with official station signage and announcements. We are not liable for missed trains or transit delays.
